Indonesian Journal of Islamic History and Culture is committed to the publication of a wide range of scholarship in Islamic history and culture, such as the history of science and technology in Islam, Islamic dynasties, Islamic figures, Islamic philology, Islamic archeology, and Islamic arts. In Particular, this journal’s interest is in regional Islamic studies that reflect the diversity of Islamic historical and cultural heritage.

    The journal covers applied research and review articles, both in the format of full-length articles and research notes. Applied research studies are expected to examine relationships among variables relevant to Islamic History and Culture. High-quality review articles that address the latest advances and develop theoretical knowledge or thinking about key aspects of Islamic History and Culture are accepted. Research notes are short articles that report advances in methodology, exploratory research findings, or extensions/discussions of prior research. Indonesian Journal of Islamic History and Culture will also welcome commentary in response to published articles. 

    All papers are subject to a double-blind peer-review process based on an initial screening by the editor criteria for evaluation include a significant contribution to the field, conceptual quality, appropriate methodology, and clarity of exposition.

    Bayt El Hikmah, is an online open access journal that integrates the concept of architecture from the Islamic and locality perspectives. This journal publishes biannually (June and December) by the Department of Architecture, Faculty of Science and Technology of UIN Ar-Raniry. The journal’s scopes are not limited to only the architectural research-based, but also extend to architectural design-based, including housing and settlement, urban, landscape, disaster, heritage, building sciences and welcomes any particular topics that are related to Islamic architecture and locality.

    This journal accepts manuscripts written in both Indonesian and English, and will be peer-reviewed by experts in the field.The name of Bayt El Hikmah itself comes from Arabic: بيت الحكمة‎ , which means House of Wisdom (Rumah Hikmah). Bayt EL Hikmah was the center for intellectual research during the Islamic Golden Age. Furthermore, the presence of the Bayt El Hikmah Journal is expected to be one of the references for researchers who are conducting research, especially on the topics of Islamic architecture and locality.

    Kulminasi; Journal of Falak and Sharia is a scientific journal published in July and December per year by the Falak Study Centre at the Faculty of Sharia and Law, Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Ar-Raniry, Banda colaboration with Pusat Studi Falak Ar-Raniry (PSF Ar-Raniry).     Ar-Raniry: International Journal of Islamic Studies is a scientific forum to disseminate and publish scholarly writings of scholars both from the State Islamic University (UIN) Ar-Raniry and other universities at the national and international levels. The presence of this journal is intended to respond to the debate in academic issues related to Islamic studies, such as the field of Islamic Education, Al-Quran and Hadith, Islamic Thoughts, Fiqh and Islamic Law, History and Islamic Civilization, Modernity, Language,  Islamic literature, and Islamic Communication. It is for this reason that the journal is expected to give a constructive and comprehensive contribution to the enlightenment of Islamic knowledge. This journal is published in two editions annually, in June and December.

    Ar-Raniry invites scholars of all backgrounds related to Islamic studies to publish their articles. The articles accepted in the Ar-Raniry are not limited to research reports but also conceptual ideas and book reviews. Manuscripts submitted can be written in either English or Arabic. A small number of exceptionally well-written articles in Indonesian may also be accepted and published.

    The first address of the online version of this journal was http://journalarraniry.com. However, since UIN Ar-Raniry had a new policy to unite all journals under one roof, this journal changed the online version address to https://jurnal.ar-raniry.ac.id/index.php/jar started from 2022.
